The House
Josie's Bed and Breakfast is a charming,
Victorian-style home, snuggled in the heart
of Newport, centrally located within walking
distance of beautiful downtown Newport, with
ample, free parking. There are cabs that
can also shuttle you to any part of the
small quaint brick-lain city. If you are
here for a wedding reception or other
catered event, Josie's B&B is centrally
located halfway between the Newport Airport
(NPA) and downtown Newport. Because of the
convenient location, there is simple, easy
access to all points. Catering venues for
parties and weddings are easily accessible
by car or taxi.
The Living Room
Guests are invited to make themselves at
home in the well-appointed, comfortable
living room. It is the perfect place to
gather at any time of the day to visit and
relax.
The Dining Room (and Josie's Kitchen)
Gather in the warm and inviting dining room
for breakfast served around the family-style
dining table. Savor Josie’s specialties such
as Josie’s mouth-watering Frittatas, or her
secret recipe for pancakes, French Toast or
Belgian waffles, smoked bacon or sausages.
Breakfast also includes fresh, seasonal
fruit and home-baked goods served with local
jams and preserves. Eggs are cooked to order
on request. Josie uses only the finest
ingredients. Hot and cold beverages are
available twenty-four hours a day. Fresh
fruit is abundant with plenty of freshly
baked goods.

room is tastefully furnished with a queen
bed, air conditioning and cable T.V. and
VCR, alarm clock and hair dryers. The
suite with an extra twin bed and sitting
area is ideal for families. Our accommodations include a complimentary
